If you have any information about the faulty unit : schematic, manual, wiring connection, etc. please include. It will be returned to you with the repair unit..
Regular repair is not exceed 10 (ten) working days, mostly shorter. Rush repairs are done within 2 days and cost about 20% more then regular repair.

We will quote since you confirmed about. Repair price is very competitive compare to others. Our price always below 50% of the price for an identical new item.
If you need only for evaluation or assessment it is free of charge. Except for shipment charge if any.
3.OUR REPAIR PROCESS
3.1 Always refer to your report, initially we do visual check for entire of the units for any visual defect.
3.2 Supported to our thousands of circuit and wiring data base, trace the faulty location and defect parts.. Not only replacement of defect parts but also trace of the whole unit to prevent problem in the future.
3.3 With our experience engineer, we designed tools and electronics equipment test for your repeired unit. During this step we developed and recycle test the unit until pass.
4.SHIPMENT AND BILLING
You can decide shipment back bare to which account. Payment billing only for successful repair.
5.WARRANTY
5.1 WARRANTY PERIODE
Our Standard warranty period is 2 (two) months or premium warranty period 6 (six) months from date of shipment. Items repair by CV Multi Prima are warranted to be free from defect in standard workmanship and replacement parts.
5.2 WARRANTY LIMITATION.
Warranty void if failure of repaired items occure due to: warranty sealed is broken, mishandling, external failure, abuse, improper packaging and improper installation of the items.
Shipment charge with the return of the items have to be prepaid by costumer.
